Pilot Meat and Seafood was established in 1990 in Galena, Illinois and has continued to build and develop relationships in the meat and poultry industry ever since.

Pilot Meat and Seafood is a full service independent trading company and the focus has been primarily on beef and pork and secondarily on poultry. We are now finding more interest from our clients in poultry and therefore are really expanding our activities in that arena. Our owner and president, Randall Sirk, has been actively involved in the industry for over 30 years.

We have clients in many different states but primarily in the mid-west, including Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee and Louisiana. We deal in both fresh and frozen products for both domestic and exported use. Our clients are primarily purchasing truckload quantities but occasionally need smaller amounts and many of them further process the products for final usage.
